Professional
info

Music has been a part of my life from a very early age, being passionate about learning different instruments and new ideas. Through the gift of music, I was fortunate to share my experiences with other people as a musician, mentor and teacher. For the past 25 years, I've been involved in church, community and school bands as a member/musician, as well as teaching different groups and ages, including choirs, bands and private lessons.

Natomas Charter School - PFAA
Band Director

2007 - present

Here at NCS, I've been involved in reshaping the program from the ground up, especially in building the ensembles both numerically and artistically, focusing on the development of strong beginning bands that will later feed into intermediate and advanced groups. Over the past 13 years, we've seen many positive changes in the program, including the addition of Level I, II and III for every side of our instrumental program.
